Note: Each virtual office package is strictly for one (1) Singapore business/entity only and is non-transferable.
Prohibited Uses of Our Virtual Office Services
Clients may not use the virtual office for the following purposes:

Businesses registered as travel agencies, tour operators, reservation services, financial institutions, or other regulated entities that require a physical office

Businesses not registered in Singapore

Using the virtual address for personal or individual mail

Using the virtual address as an operating, residential, or business address, including for MOM registrations, work passes, or worker housing
Mail Scanning Policy & Terms
1. Eligibility & Packages
Unlimited mail scanning is available only under the Mail Scanning Package and VIP Package, and is subject to a fair use policy.
2. Excluded Items
We do not open or scan items such as books, booklets, magazines, bank cards, or similar materials. These items must be collected in person or, for VIP members, forwarded upon request.
3. Pay-Per-Scan Service
For Economy and Business Packages, mail scanning is available at S$5 per letter.
4. Storage Period for Self-Collection
Scanned mail will be retained for a maximum of 14 days for self-arranged collection at our office.
5. Mail Forwarding (VIP Only)
VIP members may request us to forward scanned mail to a designated address. Standard forwarding charges will apply.
6. Disposal of Uncollected Mail
Any scanned mail not collected within 14 days will be securely shredded without further notice.
